Cancellation Policy
Service Policies: Scheduling & Appointments Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that customers provide accurate details about the requested service so we can arrive prepared with the proper tools and materials. Arrival times may vary due to traffic, previous job completion, or unexpected circumstances. Estimates & Pricing Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of scheduling. Final pricing may change if additional repairs, materials, or unexpected issues are discovered once work begins. Any additional work will be discussed and approved before proceeding. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee. Materials & Special Orders Customers may provide their own materials, or we can assist with purchasing the necessary supplies. Additional costs for materials will be communicated before completion of the work. Customer Responsibilities For safety and efficiency, customers are responsible for providing access to the service area and removing valuable, fragile, or personal items before work begins. Quality Guarantee We take pride in our workmanship and strive to complete every project with care and attention to detail. If you have any concerns about completed work, please contact us within 24 hours of completion so we can address the issue. Damage & Liability Disclaimer We take great care when working in your home and treat every space with respect. Customers are responsible for securing or removing fragile, valuable, or personal belongings from the work area before service begins. While we take every reasonable precaution to prevent damage, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden issues, faulty materials, improper installations, structural issues, or damage caused by circumstances outside of our control. Any concerns regarding accidental damage must be reported as soon as possible so we can review and address the situation appropriately. By scheduling service, customers acknowledge that work may involve normal risks associated with home repairs, maintenance, cleaning, and installations, and agree to provide a safe and accessible work environment.
